Kyle was born and raised in Gulf Breeze, FL. He is a proud alumnus of Gulf Breeze High School as well as Florida State University, graduating with a BS in Finance and Management. As a Florida native of 25 years, Kyle has a true passion for the Panhandle and loves to give back to his community. After graduation, he spent 3 months in Key West doing real estate appraisal work but returned home to settle in the Panhandle of Florida.

Kyle is focused on spearheading his real estate career in The Panhandle of Florida. His business is not only built on trust, work ethic, and excellent communication skills but more importantly on his passion to help others. Along with selling real estate, Kyle is a general contractor and owner of Sunchase Construction, a residential home-building company.

Aside from business, Kyle is a family man who is devoted to God, his family, and the Florida State Seminoles. Kyle sponsors and volunteers for The Miracle League of Santa Rosa County and is on the board of directors for Junior Achievement of Northwest Florida.   He loves the outdoors and when it's not hunting season you will most likely find him on the golf course or on the water fishing.
